JOSERA IgluVital is our special milk replacer, designed to fulfill the high demands during the first weeks of life. The attractive mix of high-quality milk components, among other selected ingredients, ensures an optimum nutrient supply. JOSERA IgluVital allows peace of mind to farmers who want to provide an optimum feeding to their newborn calves.
The high protein level exclusively comes from milk components which assure high palatability and solubility – ideally for ad libitum feeding. Supplementary Immunoglobulins act by binding specific pathogens in the intestine. Additionally, Pre- and Probiotics promote a well-balanced intestinal microflora which counteracts the attachment of potentially harmful organisms. Anti-inflammatory effects of Polyphenols help to save unnecessary losses of energy which can be packed in weight gain instead. Feeding recommendation
160 g/L water corresponds to 140 g/L drink
Creating the calf drink in the bucket/milk taxi
1. Pour 1/3 of the required amount of water at 40 - 45°C into the mixing container.
2. Add the powder while stirring continuously – 140 g/L drink
3. Fill with the remaining water (2/3) until it reaches approx. 40°C, the optimal drinkink temperature.
Settings for the automatic feeder:
160 g/L water corresponds to 140 g/L drink
Weaning can start as soon as the calf has consumed 1.5 kg of concentrated feed.
The cost-intensive calf rearing in the first weeks of the two-phase feeding can be combined with a cost-efficient second phase milk replacer.
