Usage
- 150 g JOSERA DairyPilot®
- Can be fed throughout lactation and the dry period
- Ration composition: grass and corn silage in a 60:40 ratio, coarse grain, soybean/rapeseed meal
- 150 g of JOSERA CamiCal are added to the feed
The success
A shortage of staple feed meant that the proportion of concentrated feed in the ration had to be significantly increased. DairyPilot® was used as a buffering agent and helped to balance out the adjustment. The feed intake increased and the animals became fitter. What’s more, the milk yield rose by 900 litres, with stable cell counts.
